BedTime Stories by Kid Author Vedant

Image
Book Review- Bedtime Stories Who said that bedtime stories are only for kids? I love reading them for their innocence and the creativity they come up with.  More than anything,    it gives me a special time with my kids.  The magical pot story is especially something which we liked as it shows the wit and the presence of mind of the kids and how the parents act when put in a difficult situation. The moral is never to steal. I felt it is a creative way to tell that irrespective of our circumstances, one should never dread a wrong path. We finished the 25 chapters and 88 pages book in a week. I liked this daily ritual and now I'm on the hunt for more such literature which can be read on kindle as I need to read books with the light switched off so as not to extend the bedtime beyond a limit. I wish the author releases a new book soon. Simple and creative. http://vedantparashar.com/

Bed Time Stories - A book by a kid for Kids

I would like to congratulate the author Vedant for writing a book at the young age of six years. The book has 25 chapters which are divided into both short and big stories and 3 short poems. I honestly finished this book in one go on a weekend and kept pondering over several stories written by the author. One story which I kept recollecting was the story of a book boy which is the second chapter in the book. He is poor but gets a boon and because of this, he never was hungry. Though unrelated, I felt I am. lucky to get food on the table every day and felt bad for many kids who go on empty stomachs at the end of the day. Great stories. Not only magic and morals but also give food for thought. The scary poem was indeed scary and it's not only a nightmare for kids but adults too. But soon, the last poem ended on a sweet note with the little bear getting back to his Mumma and having a  good night's sleep. Creative stories to say the least. Check it out. visit: http://...

8 Things to do when you turn 20 by Debotosh Chatterjee This book was very touching right from the moment it opened with the quote that said “This book is dedicated to people who like to make it happen.” They are not born with god-gifted talents or family heritage, but are nevertheless on the quest to ‘get something done.’ This book is the appetizer for students in college and young professionals who are seeking to create a career for themselves or anyone ready to dream big and put in the effort.  The book correctly points out the teenage and early twenties financial dependence on parents. In western countries, teenagers and youth in their 20s are comparatively independent.  How to get such financial and thought independence mentality is explained here in a step-by-step manner. There are 8 valuable lessons with actionable plans and a series of exercises to find yourself better and bring you one step closer to financial independence in your 20s.  Following are the essential...
